Is that a ghost man with a ghost dog walking up the hill?

A marvelous children's illustration style. Very effective. Good drawing and tone. The owl's eyes look alight.

The tone is jolly. Almost Disney's Haunted Mansion in feel. I don't feel creeped out by this. I can see plenty, and the ghostly visage of the man walking his dog tells me it's a mere echo of how things used to be and not a ghoulish, soul-stealing threat. I love that energy. It's more fantasy than horror. Good one, Jules!
